● Senior manager for a project restructuring procurement with a view to outsource an exceptionally large part of operations in a major airline.

● Interim CFO for a state-owned telecommunications company, leading the transformation project, reporting both to the Board and to the Vice Minister of Telecommunications of the Republic of Angola.

● Senior Project manager in the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO)with the remit to improve service delivery and reduce costs.

● Managed projects & teams in difficult and challenging environments

Hon. Anastancia Ndhlovu

International Representative for Southern Africa.

Hon. Anastancia served in Zimababwe’s Government & the National Assembly of Zimbabwe as Deputy Minister of Tourism & Hospitality Industry from September 2015 to November 27, 2017 & as a Legislator from March 29, 2008 to January 10th, 2018 respectively.

She represented the Zimbabwe Government & the Parliament of Zimbabwe in many national, regional, continental & international meetings in general including Tourism & Travel engagements in particular. She also has vast youth development experience at both the national and global levels having served as the Vice Chairperson of the Zimbabwe Youth Council & as Vice President of the World Federation of Democratic Youth based in Budapest, Hungary, respectively.

Prior to the above mandate, Anastancia was the Head of the Parliament of Zimbabwe Delegation to the UN Climate Change Negotiations.This role saw her spearheading the formation of the GLOBE Chapter in Zimbabwe & subsequently becoming its inaugural President before her appointment into the Executive.
