Robert P. Moore Bernardos is a dynamic, high-calibre senior international executive with more than 30 years of cross-sector experience in; Diplomacy, Telecoms, Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, Logistics & Investors/Investments.

His experience cuts across Europe, Asia & Africa managing businesses & institutional relations with people at all levels within organizations & institutions, including Senior Cabinet Members of Foreign Governments as well as Members of International Organisations.

Robert is fluent in five different Languages namely; English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, can read & write Russian, & basic level spoken.

● Adjunct CFO, managing financial reporting, analytics, and operations, within a Public Financial Entity (jointly operated by the Spanish Government & the ECB: popularly referred to as a “bad bank”), preparing monthly Controller’s information packs to the participant banks involved, the ECB and Spanish government.

● Senior manager for a project restructuring procurement with a view to outsource an exceptionally large part of operations in a major airline.

● Interim CFO for a state-owned telecommunications company, leading the transformation project, reporting both to the Board and to the Vice Minister of Telecommunications of the Republic of Angola.

● Senior Project manager in the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO)with the remit to improve service delivery and reduce costs.

● Managed projects & teams in difficult and challenging environments
